Well unfortunately I didn't have a tester with me yesterday, but the lights were working before I hit the battery cut off.
I'll be going back tomorrow to test the battery itself, but it shouldn't be that because it was fully charged before I picked it up to take it back to storage. It did sit overnight at a friends house but they didn't use it, just sat outside locked up.
