Larger landing gear pin size

I can't see any gain from drilling out every hole in your landing gear. IT won't give you any added strength or stability and actually may degrade the inner arms. Just keep the 3/8's if that is what you have.
Remember, you have to drill EVERY hole in the inner tube or the pin won't go through

That and every hole you drill will expose raw metal to rust.

What's the advantage of the LG pull pins over the ones you already have?

The LG pull pins are mounted to the landing gear and have a spring loaded pin. Our previous 5ers had them. No fumbling/dropping pins with bails.

I'd prefer to spend the 30 bucks over drilling out every hole on my legs.

Ah, you have to physically remove the pins you have now? I've never seen any of those, all the ones I've paid any attention to have spring loaded pins.

I've got some spring loaded 3/8" pins that I took off my old legs when I replaced them with the Bulldog legs. If you're interested PM me.
