Went thru problem last year. I could go on about what I did, but doesn't matter.
Do you now where exactly it is leaking from? (Not from the window or around the window I mean exactly where)
Most windows leak from "around" the window frame.
1 Check weep holes first, make sure they are clean so water can drain. There is a youtube on cleaning them out that us good, after cleaning those good to go. And/Or
2.Around the window itself...Which is a sign of old or dried putty tape. Easy to fix, pull window and scrape old tape off and put on new.
3. In my case going thru all the above, with no luck. The third time I pulled the window I put it in a tank of water. Just like when you fixed bicycle intubes as a kid watching for air bubbles, I put window in tank of water and watched where leak came in if any. My window was leaking from underneath what glass people call the "ribbon" which is the small plastic insert that covers some of the window trim. The leak was where the butyl was joined together at the factory seam and finally gave out.
Of course that was after I dug out around the clearance lights (because Class C have a big problem with that, so that had to be the problem; right?). And took window out 3 times. What I'm trying to convey is not all window problems are simple. That is why I have them numbered 1,2,3 in steeps in did them in. I was almost ready to have an expert just swop out window with new, until window guy said $380.00 for window alone. And this is (small) 22 inch by 28 inch non slider, no screens. Just the front window in Class C nothing special.
Know if I can get my awning to work right, my RV is in good shape.
