I have to disagree. My E-Z Lubes have worked flawlessly for 21,669 towing miles.
(Yes I have kept track of every towing mile since the trailer was new.)
You apparently are not over greasing, which is a good thing, but when your wheels are removed you'll find a lot of grease in the cavity that does nothing. Sooner or later if you don't remove this excess, as new grease is pumped in the excess must go somewhere and at minimum, grease will push outside along the axle. If the seals remain in place no harm is done, but at the same time, with proper installation, nothing further is required.
