Just because Dexter has sold thousands of axles, doesn't mean thousands of people actually use the feature.
I use mine, I switch red and blue grease each year and pump till I see the geese colour change...I also do annual brake inspections and have never had a seal let the grease through.
I do jack up the trailer and rotate the wheel while pumping, perhaps that's they key ?
