Personally, 4" out of level isn't really anything to worry about if your RV is 30 plus feet long! There are equalizers on your leaf springs to compensate for a minor unlevel attitude and if your RV is 30ft or more 4" off is very minor in my opinion!! If you had a shorter 20 something length then the 4" becomes more evident. It certainly isn't anything the dealer is responsible for fixing unless you want to pay them to fix it, you chose your TV and you also chose the RV you just purchased, not the dealer. Load up, go camping, and enjoy!
