Level up system

After many years with a bumper pull and the stabliizer system to the 6-point leveling in our new camper is terrific change.....is rock solid.

6-point leveling is great, but it's impossible to remove all movement of a FW on what amounts to six jack stands. If someone's dancing at one end, you'll know it at the other end. But, it's much better than just a stabilizer at the rear.

Are you chocking your tires after you level up? Try some chocks like Rotochok (if you can find them) or BAL X. Those take a lot of the bounce away once you are level. Just try to remember to deploy the chocks before you put your slides out.

As boshog said it depends on the surface your pads are on. I have found that if on gravel or soft ground we get more movement the longer we stay...even with 12" x 12" jack pads under the level-up pads. When on cement RV pad there is little to no movement. It also depends on how much the level-up system had pushed the coach up off the tires.

Where did you get that rear stabilizer? That looks like it might solve the problem I think the rear jack is set too far forward.

If you don't have a strong frame that happen.A lot of new company try to cut the cost and the consumer suffer.Mine don't move at all.

Ours parks for extended times. At our sunbird summer membership park we have concrete pyramid blocks under the rear jackets so that they do not have to extend as far. I may get two more for the middle jackets. The front is down, so those two are not as extended. Chris

Our new Montana is quite stable with the jacks down however I sometimes raise it a bit more once its done with auto level to take more weight off the tires. This is where some of the bounce comes from. We do use x chocks between the wheels but I have never found anything under the front jacks makes a difference. As far as completely removing any movement good luck because unless its on blocks its not going to happen. I have had ours off the ground and you could still tell when the washing machine went into spin cycle.

I have the 6 point and it's very solid, if the ground is. Make sure all of the jacks are grounded. Is the movement in the suspension? If so raise the trailer more to take the load off. If the movement is on the rear of the trailer and your back jacks are just behind the rear axle I don't know what you can do. My jacks are close to the rear, just in front of front axle, and landing gear. That spreads them out.
