It all depends on maintenance. The biggest problem is water intrusion and sun damage. Is it stored inside or out when not used? Was it drove over salty roads or left at the coast? Did they reseal the caulking when needed?
There are to many factors to give a set answer. My last TT was 15 year's old when I sold it and all the appliances worked fine. I have also seen 3 year old RV'S that have had a roof leak with major water damage.
