If your boat needs to be replaced/repaired at 10 years, your RV likely will as well. It is all about maintenance and care.
My folks had boats for over 20 years, and they were in great shape when they sold them. Our current 5er is 15 years old. It could easily pass for one that is less than 5 years old.
