What would be the typical life cycle of a 5th wheel? In boats, it seems like about every 10 years, lots of things need to be replaced. I'm looking at mostly Keystone 5ers approx 8 - 10 years old and...

It sounds kind of like boats. 10 years and statistically things can start to spiral to a large extent. A good indicator is to look at what banks are willing to loan on.
You'll get plenty of stories of folks that have had things last longer but any one experience is what is called statistically insignificant.
