I will not get into a sarcastic answer on what you want to do, but not a good idea in my opinion.
The new 4x4 trucks are already pretty much at the height limit for a 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer. Adding a lift will put you out of range.
You can tow a smaller/lighter travel trailer with a lifted truck and a long drop hitch, but forget the 5er/gooseneck. And I really don't think even a larger TT is a very good idea either as it would be difficult or impossible to use a weight distributing hitch.
