Good responses so far. Most fivers are built to be level with the king pin 48 inches off the ground. With a typical pin box, that puts the trailer underside at 60 inches off the ground and if you want 6 inches of clearance, the truck bed rails can't be higher than 56 inches when loaded. I believe unloaded height for an F350 4WD is just over 56 inches. You can measure it yourself when the truck arrives to see if you have any margin for a lift and/or taller tires. And if you decide to lift the truck, then plan on also lifting the fiver and adding another step to the exterior folding stairs.
There is one way to avoid having to lift the fiver and that would be replacing the stock pu bed with a flatbed or hauler bed, but a steel bed will cut into carrying capacity.
