Lifting the 5er

Despite all adjustments that we've made with the hitch (in its lowest position) and the pinbox (in its highest position), we're still towing a little nose-high. The weight distribution of our 5er is a little different than comparable units, because it has the water tank and "garage compartment" in the back, so we still get some chucking depsite our Mor-Ryde pinbox. I think that lifting the rig a few inches will help out quite a bit.

The axles are already underneath the springs, and we have no adjustment in the spring hangers. I've read that blocks are probably not the best option, but you know about things you read on the internet...

I haven't been able to locate any suspension-raising type components suitable for our application, but maybe I'm just not looking in the right places. I like the looks of the Mor-Ryde spring hanger device, but it doesn't indicate that you're going to gain any height.

Any product advice would be helpful.
