Now I'm going to add my two cents! We have a 2002 GMC 1/2 and a 2004 24 ft 5er. NOT happy with the way this combo works. We are in the process of going back to a TT. The 6900 weight od the 5er is too much for our older 1/2.
Watch Watch the weight of the 5er you consider. Yes the newer ones are lighter. Best wishes to you.
