I'm pretty sure you can modify almost any of the TOY HAULER drop down door into a patio sitting design without too much effort... My first impression of using the drop down door as a patio sure is going to add alot of length to your already long trailer setup. This will make one have to look for especially long parking areas at the camp grounds. This is probably too long with the door dropped to even consider any overhang at most campgrounds. I have backed in with my trailer rear wheels touching the end of the parking space barrier and got away with a two or three foot overhang at alot of camp sites.
Even at pull through sites sitting on the dropped rear door patio would not be where I would want to sit. Almost like sitting on the edge of the road haha...
Camping out West in the wide open spaces it would be nice perhaps...
Something to consider...
You didn't list your truck but towing a fifth wheel is going to preclude any of the F150s in my opinion... At least you will not be happy towing one with a F150...
