I don't own one. Judging from some of the scuttle I've read on here about them, I don't know if I ever will. If you do a search here or on most other RV websites, I'm sure you will get plenty of reading material. Good luck.

I would check the current going to the motors or see if someone can bench check the motors to see if they are weak. Lacking that, I would look for something that might be rubbing on the slide or something sticking, grabbing, settling, or misalignment. In other words, the slide not retracting into the proper position.
