BZZZT Thrown out. Cracks in walls, not frame. - rmalik1ExplorerEmail are coming back and nobody says theirs are stock/standard frames from Lippert. Cambered this or spec'd for each model length ( as if ur 38 ft 5v'er frame is order at 37 ft and company stretches it some how)
Seems no one used a stock lippert frame! - goducks10Explorer

Thanks for the links.
Are these problems only in fifth wheels?
No. As an example there was a thread on the Open Range forum about some owners of the Journeyer JT 340 FLR that were seeing frame cracks. Mostly early 2011 or so models. Other brand TT's have reported frame issues as well. My last trailer had Lippert axles that were junk. For the most part Lippert has remedied what ever issues were causing them to have frame problems. The last few years have been slow as far as Lippert frame issues are concerned. Biggest issue with Lippert is that they're a huge company that makes or owns other companies that make a broad array of products for RV's. So percentage wise their name is going to pop up more when things go bad. But why are things going bad? Because they just don't make high quality products. - Mile_HighExplorer

That's not a frame issue. You have to actually read the thread. - Dog_FolksExplorerThanks for the links.

If you are a "new guy" and looking at a unit over five years old, or older then, no, not beating a dead horse. It could be valuable information for someone in such a buying position.
To say all Lippert frames are bad then and now is most defiantly beating the dead horse....again.
So I guess it depends on your perspective. - I thought that Lippert had fixed all their frame issues ??:h It has been a long time since I have heard of a frame failure.. Or are we just beating a dead horse.... again,?
