First, try something other than the radio into the amp so you know what you're dealing with.. If a replacement input is also dead, and you are sure there is power to the amp, look for a loose ground return wire from the speakers.
While in practice you should home run all speakers to the amp, its not unheard of to run a common ground return to the speakers to save wire. IF that's the case and that wire is loose, you will not hear allot of audio out of the speakers and it will sound funny because you will be hearing the difference (only) in the stereo playback to the 4 speakers. I've seen this twice.
