We've full-timed in a Momentum 380TH that's 42.5' long with the 10' Garage. I had a 3rd AC installed so the garage is as cool as I want it in the summer, and it is also ducted from the furnace (though in winter we supplement with a space heater when needed). Once our motorcycle is off-loaded, the garage get's turned into living space. I'm a Ham radio operator, so have a desk with my radios back there and also set up a table for my wife to sew when she wants. We also have a separate TV and stereo system in the garage.
As far as site availability, we've been at this for close to a year and have had very little issue finding sites long enough to accommodate us. We have had a couple of time we had to offload the bike and were unable to leave the back porch out, but that has been the exception. We are picky about where we stay as this is our home - we're not just weekend "camping".
For us, if we had to do it all over again, we'd still choose a TH for our current lifestyle as we ride our GoldWing most every day. YMMV.
