Loading problem.

I have a 2002 StarCraft Star Shuttle Toy Hauler. It sits so high that when trying to load the Motorcycles (One is an Ultra Classic and the other a 1200 Sportster) in it they hit the opening. I have tried to jack the front end up as high as possible. I am not comfortable loading them unhooked from the truck with blocks under the front jacks. I have tried winching the up but it is a 2 person job and there isn't always another person around. I am 65 years old and don't take chances like I used to.

Has anyone come up with a way to lower the trailers so it is safe to load? Or have you heard of a better way to go about this?

Not sure why you are worried about jacking the front up on blocks with the wheels chocked??? I would raise the front, block the rear ramp up 2' with jack stands, and use the normal tri-fold ramps for putting a ATV in the back of a PU to make the ramp longer. You should be able to ride them in as I doubt they will high center now. IF they still hit then a small 2" high ramp for the front tire should solve your problem.
