Thetford makes a drain valve lubricant, as do several others. I can't speak from experience, on the results. It seems if you are only lubricating, not replacing, the lubes would be worth a try (about 6 bucks).
My FW came with a cut flap for each valve. The flap is closed, and a same coroplast, over sized cover, screwed over the flap, to prevent water entry.
From memory, I am thinking my flaps/valves are pretty much in the belly center, and lined up in a row. I have 2 40 gal gray, and 1 40 gal black.
If you took one side of the belly cover loose, for a few feet, you may be able to see the valves with a light. Then you could slide a tape along the belly inside, to figure distance to valve, and cut accordingly.
