I had 75,000 on my '06 Dodge before heading out from Florida to Alaska with a 14,500# fifth wheel. I had the tranny and the brakes flushed before going. 122,000 miles on it now and I'm about to head out to California and meander on back, with the same trailer. I'm going to have the tranny, radiator and the brakes flushed before I go.
