We owed a 2003 Alpenlite with a rear kitchen. It was great. They are not made any more, and the 2008 models were not made well. But those made prior to 2008 were well made according to those I talked to.
Oh, there is a getting used to. We had dishes break. But things like packing the dishes with non stick items, or putting a yard stick between the drawer handles did the trick.
