Even though these were a pretty well made unit back in the day, it is still 17 yrs old! Unless you are a handyman type, you could run into a lot of repairs with a FW this age, and 3 slides.
You may want to hire a tech to look it over, before purchase.

X1, spend a couple of $200 and take it to a RV shop for a complete check of all the systems and over all condition of the trailer. 17 yrs. old 5th wheel could up being a big black hole that you will spend a lot of $$$ to repair. If you plan to buy it and just park it on some property to live in or use occasionally and the price is real cheap, then you might consider buying. If you plan to hit the road and travel I would look at some other RV's something that is no older than 10 yrs. or less. The newer the better in the long run.
