Looking at a Highland Ridge, need some help.........
Ok, It's 35ft 10in. Unloaded weight is 8900lbs. Looks good, getting ready to trade in my F150 2.7 for a 2016 F150 3.5......What does everyone think? Model is 315BHS. Thanks, Jim

Sounds like your looking at the Open Range Light series. They advertise these as 1/2 ton towable 5th wheels and some people have done just that. More have gone to either a 3/4 ton or 1 ton to do it. These trailer tow amazingly well but are pretty heavy.
If you insist on a 1/2 ton at least get one with the Max-tow package preferably with the 6.2 liter engine. The other thing I would do is opt for the gooseneck hitch (Light series is the only gooseneck available from the factory) which will save you hundreds of lbs of cargo weight.
