We've had our 31U for ten years and not had one problem with it. Never been back to the dealer. Other than normal maintainence not a glitch. We use it about 4 months every year. They are a little on the high side of price and quite heavy. Good luck. We will be transitioning to a Class A since by bride of 50 years struggles to get in and out of our truck.
