All 5er's will outgas when new. A used 5er will not have that issue or not as bad.
One of my favorite used if you can find one is a 30" Excel. I would suggest New Horizon as well but finding a 30' would be difficult and the weight would be to heavy. A new Artic fox would be in your price range. Short length and within weight as well. You would still have outgassing being new.
