We have been pleased with our Elkridge 5r. Had a couple of minor problems taken care of by the dealer during the 1st year of warranty.
You might have gotten more input if the question was asked on the "Prospective Owners Questions" of the Heartland "Guest Area" site rather than the more specific "Elkridge Community".
I think if you go into the purchase with the expectation that there will be things that need fixing, you won't be disappointed.
