Looking for "Lite" Toy Hauler for Small sports car

I have recently decided to rekindle a love affair from my youth. That was with my first new car...a 1967 Triumph Spitfire MK3 sports car. The last production version, 1975 - 1980, is the Spitfire 150...

That is what I have in mind. Difficult to tow a 5W with a bed cap and bedslide (see signature)!!

BTW the term "bumper pull" is probably a holdover from early travel trailers, c.1950s, that had hitches mounted on the bumper? Seems that now, with frame mounted receivers, perhaps it would be better described as "ball hitch" or "ball coupler" or "receiver hitch"??
