BTW the term "bumper pull" is probably a holdover from early travel trailers, c.1950s, that had hitches mounted on the bumper? Seems that now, with frame mounted receivers, perhaps it would be better described as "ball hitch" or "ball coupler" or "receiver hitch"??

Do a Google search the term bumper pull is widely still used & still correct....

"A "bumper pull" hitch may actually be in or on the bumper, or may be placed in a hitch receiver under the bumper. It can be a ball type or a pintle type, but pintle hitches aren't used with RVs, so are of little interest here (farm, industrial and military vehicles often use pintle hitches)."
