I had a similar flex issue in 2011, not nearly as severe as yours. Thru a brand specific forum I found another owner with the same issue. I took lots of measurements and photos. I had no visual damage except the closet floor moving ( since it is directly attached to the frame). I went directly to the manufacturer and they brought Lippert in. My dealer provided the service bay and removal/reinstallation of the front cap. A Lippert tech added reinforcement at several spots.
I know at least 4 units received this repair and the frame design was changed within 6 weeks of identifying the problem. That is how it should work. Post your issue on a Primetime forum and seek other owners. If they have similar problems, then there is a design issue and you will have more leverage. If they don't, then there is a specific defect with your unit that needs to be isolated. Talk directly to Primetime, don't just work thru the dealer. If Primetime won't talk with you, then get a lawyer to send them a letter and post everything on an appropriate forum. Be the squeeky wheel.
