Looking for Opinions on Keystone Montana for Full Timing

Full-timing in the Montana won't be any big deal until the temps get real cold come winter. For starters, 5th wheels have lousy insulation. If you rely on your two propane tanks for heat you'll be paying loads to fill them up lots. Will the park have non-frozen water available to you? I've stayed in places where the pipes froze and it wasn't even winter. Will there be snow on your roof? On top of your slides? Me, I wouldn't camp in those kinds of temps for extended periods.
