A couple of thoughts come to mind. Quality has traditionally translated into weight. With budget in mind, two manufactures popular with full timers have been Carriage and NuWa. Carriage stopped manufacturing in Oct 2011. I believe their Cameo line would be within your specs. NuWa stopped manufacturing last year due to the economy, but own and operate Kansas RV Center in Chanute, KS. They stock, among other brands, the last of the 2013 NuWa models, while refurbishing used products (NuWa included) taken in on trade and resold. NuWa's HitchHiker LS series would likely meet your needs. Their Discover America series with a few more appointments might work, provided you stay short and go back a few years.
NuWa still maintains a website with archives of models over the past 10 yrs or so. PPL is a good place to get a feel for pricing on the used market. Food for thought... good luck.
