- PipemanExplorerI have a Truxedo deuce. "The Truxedo Deuce truck bed cover is not only a tough roll-up cover, but is also hinged at the front, providing front-bed access. This cover is the first of its kind, ..." I have an aux. fuel tank in front of the 5th wheel and this cover allows me to fill the tank without having to roll up the whole cover. As was said above, you should always watch the front of your hitch box when turning on uneven ground because the hitch box might hit the rails for the cover and rip it. It happened to my former Truxedo but I was still able to use it.
- NEnativeExplorerI have a Peragon tonneau cover on my f350.It is a aluminum hard cover that retracts up at the front of the bed, no lifting as it slides forward in a track. It hangs down inside the bed when retacted so it does not block the view from the drivers seat. It is lockable and looks nice when extended.
- RygarExplorerI have a BakFlip on my Ford F350 with the 5'9" box and I love it. I flip back 3 of the 4 panels and have not had an issue towing. I have the Andersen Ultimate hitch.
- rickeoniExplorerI have a Truxedo roll up soft cover. Had it for six years now with no issues. I like the fact that when the full open bed is required it does not ubstruct the rear window.
- jimh406Explorer IIIThe hard folding models are very good, but you need somewhere to store them when the fifth wheel is hooked up. The plus side is they can easily come off.
I like the Pace Edwards that I had as well. It isn't an advantage for a TC, but I could see it as a great option for a fifth wheel since it only takes up a few inches of the bed. It is a bit harder to put on that a try fold the first time. After than, you never take it off. - OutdoorPhotograExplorerI had a BakFlip on two different short bed F-150s and have a one piece hard tonneau that came on my F-250 with 8' bed and I really miss my BakFlip. This one was "free" with a used truck I like the higher clearance but it is hard to access the full bed with a lid that just lifts at an angle. I will eventually replace it.
- newman_fulltimeExplorer III use a truxedo and love it
- greendeExplorer III have a Fold A Cover on my 2011 3500HD DRW. Works well and does not obscure the view when folded.

I have had a Bak Flip F1 on my dually for almost 3 years now. Put a lot of miles and a lot of use on it and it has held up well. It has 4 sections. When towing I fold back 3 of them and there is a strap on each side that cinches them together to prevent any movement. Plenty of clearance for the hitch and trailer. It makes a nice cover for my Trailer Saver BD3 hitch when not towing and a lockable storage area. It also folds up against the back of the cab if I need to have use of the full bed. I wouldn't be without it.
Wow I have basically the same set up. Bak Flip with BD3 hitch.
Beware with any tonneau the rear of the pinbox may contact the track in a tight or dipping turn! - JTracExplorerI have had a Bak Flip F1 on my dually for almost 3 years now.
