You can pick up a flange repair kit at Home Depot or Lowes that does not require removal of the original. I tried to attach a picture without success, but if you do a quick google you should get an idea of how it works with a photo.
Or you can just buy the replacement toilet bolts that are threaded for wood on the opposite end that screw directly into the floor.
This is assuming the flange area to seat the rubber gasket is still good.
