Does your friend have a gas oven or range? If so how are those working? We just had an oven that took half of forever to get to temp and took way longer to cook than it should. We changed the oven control without any change in oven performance and I then checked the overall LP system pressure. Instead of the 11" WC it was right around 7". Hot water heater and LP furnaces seemed to work OK but we weren't in conditions where lower performance would be immediately noticeable. We replaced the RV LP regulator and everything is now working great.
I suspect a pressure issue, but I have way of checking. I’ll have her try the stove. That’s a good idea.
