My B&W has a grease zero under the head. Just pull a couple of pins pick up head unit and use grease gun on the zero. Use a disk on the head. I use slip plate spray on the hitch pin and on the hitch jaws. Most hitches need some spray lube on the working mechanism of the hitch.
The Companion has a zerk on the large bolt that the head tilts on. You are also supposed to put a couple shots on the rubber heads of the side plates every so often, too. I've thought about drilling and tapping the cross-piece above these and putting in a zerk there so I don't have to remove the top piece to grease.
