Should be a cover plate on top that pops off.....then you can put some grease on the gear pack.

Then without dropping the inner tube (the pinned leg) fully extend the drive leg.
Clean it up and then use a 'dry' graphite spray...goes on wet and then dries and doesn't attract dirt (or a silicone spray)
Retract and then drop inner tube and spray it.

You do NOT want to grease the legs.....they will get gummed up/attract dirt.

Might be better to take it out of the trailer and take it apart. This way, you will be able to clean it first to remove old grease and dirt.
