Made a removable Flag Pole holder today
Had some time today, so i made this mount... it really only holds the pole straight, the bottom sits in a piece of tube welded to a 1/4" plate x 12inch square on the ground

I would be prepared with some sand bags for anchoring the base plate. In any kind of stiff wind I think it is going to walk on you.
I thought about that... figured I would see what it does Memorial day at the beach... then go from there .
I will have 2 of the 5 gallon buckets ready.. can fill with either water, or sand...
