I 100% agree. The plan will be to remove the whole front cap and remedy the mold first. I couldn't do that yesterday because I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it back on to tow it as it's 2 hours away from my house
consult with a mold expert. If it's black mold it's nothing to mess with until neutralized. I believe bleach solution will kill it.
