Material on the bottom of slide out starting to fray

Our Darco was beginning to fray just a little bit on one side of our main slide. Our dealer used 4 inch wide sticky back Darco on the ends of each slide too beef it up. It seems to be working... But if it starts to wear I'm thinking of trying this stuff.
