- fla-gypsyExplorerYou will find that those of us who have used Maxxis ST tires on a regular basis are generally very positive about them. Any tire can fail but the Maxxis brand has proven to be reliable, offers a better warranty than most if not all and can perform well for many years. I ran one set more than 6 years.
- LearjetExplorersold my old trailer...6 year old Maxxis 15" load C with over 25,000 miles....never had any issues.
My new 5th Wheel came with Maxxis 16" load E...no issues so far. - laknoxNomad

My understanding is this is the only American made trailer tire. Others are made in China or Taiwan.
I'll take a Taiwan-made (or Korean or Thai) tire over any ChiCom-made tire.

Again what is RLH? Is that a secret code for a Radial Trail RH?
Have no clue; email Carlisle and ask.
Lyle - filrupmarkExplorerWe had good luck with the 15" 8008S on our Durango Fifth wheel .
- Bill___KateExplorer15": The Carlise seems to have some promise, but is relatively new on the market. As mentioned, the Maaxis M8008 comes in load range E (80 psi) and is a very well respected tire. There are a few other manufacturers that offer a Load Range E ST tire, but Goodyear does not seem to be one of them.
Goodyear does make the Cargo G26 Cargo G26 which is rated for "all position" including trailers and comes in 225/70R15 size which usually fits instead of 225/75R15. This tire is sometimes used on the euro-style (think Sprinter) vans, and is made in Europe. It is a well respected tire on various RV forums and at 65 psi, has a capacity of 2,470 pounds.
I put the Maxxis on our TT after one of the cheap OEM LRD tires blew after about 10,000 miles. Our wheels were rated for 80 psi tires .... - jmtandemExplorer II

I've had Maxxis 16" LR-E tires on my 5er since July 2014. Have only put about 3-4000 miles on them so far, but everything is fine so far.
By the end of this year, they will have picked up another 6-8000 miles and I'll post my experience with them at that time (I full time).
FYI - All ST tires are speed rated to 65 MPH.
Carlisle RLH is rated to 87 mph, IIRC.
