Merging onto an Interstate
What method do you use to enter an interstate from the on ramp to merge with traffic when towing?

And when you do. Suppose there is no where for the driver on the interstate to go? And you hit him. Guess who pays for his vehicle. Guess who get a citation. Yes it's you. It is up to the merging driver to find a hole, NOT the interstate driver to make a hole.
