G614's are most certainly expensive .... we just put 4 new ones on our 5er and so long as they are the only tire we know of that if they explode while being in service for less than 5 years and Goodyear gets back whatever is left, they will pay 100% of the damage repair cost and replace the tire .... over the years we have had 3 tire failures which resulted in damage to the camper .... I'll stick with the brand that backs its product
