Middle bunkhouse 38' and smaller

My family is currently in the process of looking for our first camper. We really like the mid bunkhouse design because it will allow everyone in our family to have a comfortable seat in the main living area. I really like the Jaco Eagle 30.5MBOK because it is lighter and it will not cause my truck to be overloaded fully loaded. I drive a 2016 Chevy Duramax 4x4. Does anyone know of a Mid bunk house design other than the Jaco? I would really like to find some comparables that have 2ac's auto leveling and outdoor kitchens that do not exceed 13k fully loaded. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
