What kind of mpg do you get with your diesel truck towing and when not towing? Thanks,

If I use the "loud pedal" to go up from 60 to 70, I get 10 MPG. With a 4.88 rear end, the engine is spinning pretty fast at that speed, so I don't like to do it.
Sounds like an old 69 Ford I had. 10mpg, uphill, downhill, mountains, flat land, towing or not. I swear it would get 10mpg on the back of a wrecker.
