Check out any thread about MDT (Medium Duty Trucks) - agesilausExplorer IIIcheck the payload that is the most important feature. And that's where every Japanese p/u fails miserably so far. You really need a one ton truck for 5ver towing tho people use 3/4 ton trucks. I looked, briefly, on the net for the specs of that truck and they were not easily available.
OK I found two mentions of towing capacity one state 2950# and the other 3500# both are grossly inadequate. Maybe they have a new improved model? - 2oldmanExplorer IIFreightliner Sportchassis are pretty nice.

- sailbode1ExplorerI'm a mechanic and like the trucks with swing off cab. Also looking for a comfortable ride. Ram 2500 I've driven is pretty darn hard!
- sailbode1ExplorerThis will be our first 5th wheel...just my wife and I ...looking for comfort! I'm guessing we will be looking around 30 feet.
- TrackrigExplorer IIThe first question would be - how large of fifth whl are you talking? A 24' or 42' toy hauler loaded down?
