Mobile Suite purchase price help needed

Being a newbie...I could use some help with the purchase price. The model is Mobile Suite 2006 36TKE. Has a washer and dryer, and I believe double pane windows.

They are asking 29,900 for it. Is this a good price? Thanks in advance for your input!

    Yes...without adding any options, NADA lists the LOW retail for that unit at $32,150...
