That statement makes no sense, we are fulltiming across this great country of ours in a 5th Wheel with a Dry Weight of 14,040 lbs.
Our last 5th Wheel that we had for 3 years fulltime and we made a number of cross country trips in had a dry weight of 12,970 lbs.
Mobile Suites are a great 5th Wheel with very solid construction, but they are heavy.
Nothing wrong with being heavy but it does take a right sized truck to pull these large / heavy 5th Wheels.
