We have a 2012 36' Mobile Suite, don't know what it weighed coming from the factory. We bought it off the lot, transferred our stuff from the 2007 Drv Select Suite and took off. When we weighed it at the scale it was 19,400 (we had previously weighed the truck). All good advice from other posters, these rigs have heavy frames, lots of insulation. It's a really good unit.
